We settled in last night, ready for a fun-filled weekend with Barrett (knowing rainfall was in the forecast and we would probably be indoors).
I read Barrett some of his favorite books and we played all Friday afternoon. He even let us sleep in until 8:30 Saturday morning! Way to go little man (and thank you very much)!!!!

Hello you two and little one. We were having lunch with mom and Paul today where Paul proudly showed us the latest picture of Barrett. Then he told us about the Barner Bunch blog. Oh my goodness he's growing so fast. We've got our hands full with Mammaw right now but we'd love to meet the little guy before he starts school. Just kidding. Maybe we could hook up for lunch after church one Sunday soon. You guys make a beautiful family.
