Fathers Day

Happy Father's Day to an amazing man.  I can't even begin to tell you how much love our two children have for him...and I too am so blessed at what a wonderful "Daddy" he is.  He is our EVERYTHING!!!!!!

VBS

FINALLY, finally...VBS is here!!!  The Branch put on a wonderful Vacation Bible School this summer!!!  Since turning 5, Barrett was able to attend this summer.  He learned so much and I'm delighted he was able to attend.  I think my proudest moment was when he came home reciting his Bible verses to me!!!  Thanks to all the wonderful teachers and volunteers that helped out this summer!  Barrett learned so much!!!!

Barrett's Graduation from Primrose

I meant to post this earlier, but somehow forgot.  Students not returning to Primrose and beginning Kindergarten, celebrated their final days of preschool by having a little graduation ceremony.
I can't believe my little Barrett is going to be starting Kinder.  We're going to miss his wonderful teachers and hope to continue the many friendships that he has made with all of his classmates!!!!!

Wilson Park

Wilson Park is one of our FAVORITE places!!!  We love going here for morning walks!!!  It's a beautiful park with lots of scenery.  Both Mallory and Barrett like feeding the ducks and geese!  Barrett was even able to get up close with a turtle!  He thought that was super neat!

First Bit of Summer 2013

I'm enjoying the summer so much with my two sweet kids.  We've tried to stay in a routine of taking morning walks and getting in lots of swim time.  Usually I get up before the kids do (around 5:00-6:00) to exercise.  By the time I get home, Matt is getting ready for work and I can fix breakfast.  Then...we're off for a morning walk.  Sometimes we just walk around our neighborhood to see all the expansion (they're building so many homes in the area and a new elementary school literally 2 blocks away), or we will go on an adventure to a new park.  Eventually, it home to feed Miss Mallory.  Barrett and I usually play board games, jump on the trampoline, play with toys, or work on "Kinder" games on the computer.  After Mallory wakes up, we throw on our bathing suits and head to the pool!

Barrett has really improved on his swimming and he's a maniac when it comes to going down the slides!!!  One day he counted the number of times he went down the slide, and it was over 20.  Believe it or not, that's accurate!!!!!
